Studio Policies & Appointment Expectations

  To preserve the intimate and personalized experience that defines By Riley Jaye, bridal preview appointments are reserved exclusively for the bride. As this is a private studio, guests are not permitted during preview sessions. This policy allows for focused artistry, meaningful connection, and a collaborative environment between the client and Riley Jaye. 

  For your bridal preview appointment, please wear a white top and choose a neckline that allows access to the chest area (such as a strapless or low-cut top). This ensures seamless blending and the most accurate foundation color match to your décolletage for a cohesive bridal finish. All clients are required to arrive to any makeup booking (e.g. bridal, special event, and preview appointments) with a clean, makeup-free face. Proper skin preparation allows for optimal product performance, longevity, and the highest quality results. 

**Please note that By Riley Jaye is not responsible for any makeup transfer or staining on clothing.** 

 To maintain focus and ensure the highest level of artistry, texting and phone calls are not permitted while in the makeup chair. Your appointment time is intentionally reserved for a distraction-free, luxury experience.
